Participants:
The Management Development course is aimed towards all employees who are currently in a managerial position who would like to develop their skills further.
Objectives:
On completion of this course you will have improved your management skills further. You will understand how best to manage tasks and people. You will undergo a Myers Briggs assessment to review what impact your personal preference has on performance. Finally, you will identify the role and impact of a manager dealing with change.
