Management Development Programme in Mumbai

Printer-friendly versionPrecious Associates spent a week in Mumbai in September carrying out a Management Development Programme for 12 senior officers. This programme looked at senior officers’ roles as managers and leaders onboard ships. The courses in this Management Development Programme were built around a series of practical tasks and included topics such as commination, performance, management coaching, teamworking and working with different cultures. It was a successful event with every officer completed their own personal plan for the future. The Programme received a very positive evaluation and similar events have been booked up again for 2012.
