Precious Associates speak at Officer Conference in Dubai
Precious Associates were recently invited to client’s Officer Conference which was held in a major hotel and conference centre in Dubai. The annual 4 - 5 day event was held for approximately 60 senior officers and included various training and conferences. Precious Associates attended to speak to the officers about wages and terms and conditions for the Tanker Market. We discussed the results of recent salary surveys for officers, which had been carried out by Precious Associates and many officers were surprised by the wide ranges of officer salaries for different ranks and the wide range of benefits available to senior officers.
